First, I would like to think you for visiting swvarealestate.com. SWVARealEstate.com was founded in 2008. This website allows real estate agents to promote their listings in a group way to let the buyers really find what they are looking for in a quick and easy fashion. Not only does this website allow buyers to find what home or piece of land they are looking for, this website also allows sellers to promote their homes or piece of land through their Real Estate Agent/Broker at every little cost to the real estate agent or broker per month. This website offers many features that I know would benefit everyone as a whole either if they are buying or selling real estate in Southwest Virginia.
I have been a computer programmer and database developer since Sept. 1999. This has given me more then 7 years of experience in the computer industry. Of the seven years, 6 has been in web development the other one in Client/Server programming using Visual Basic 6.0. This website uses current technology, for example: Microsoft .Net C#, SQL Server. I am an ambitious person when it comes to keeping up with technology.

*Any future price increase will be stated on any invoice and/or our website, with at least a 90 day notice. As we do not anticipate any price increase at this time, a small increase time to time due to energy, hardware, software related cost may cause a slight change of a monthly membership.
